Refund & Returns Policy

At Ecoleadfinder Store by Supersonic Style LLC, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work—clearly and simply.

1) Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to orders purchased and delivered within the United States only.

2) Return Timeframe

You may request a return or exchange within 20 days of:

  • The delivery date for shipped orders, or

  • The purchase date shown on your receipt for in-store purchases

Requests submitted after 20 days are not eligible.

3) Eligible Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.

Non-defective items must be:

  • New and unused

  • Uninstalled / unassembled

  • Returned in original packaging with all included components and accessories

Defective or damaged items:

  • May be opened or used

  • Please retain all original packaging

  • Photos are required to help us verify the issue

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-returnable items (unless defective):

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards

4) How to Start a Return (Mail Returns Only)

  1. Email [email protected] with:

    • Your order number

    • A brief explanation

    • Photos (required for damaged or defective items)

  2. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.

  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off with the designated carrier.

✔ No restocking fees

5) Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges by mail.

  • Follow the same return process above

  • Items exchanged for non-defective reasons must be unused and in original packaging

  • If the replacement item costs more, you’ll pay the difference

  • If it costs less, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method

6) Refund Processing

  • Returns are inspected within 2–3 business days after arrival

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please note: Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.

7) Important Notes

  • Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or rejected

  • Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or service disruptions are not grounds for a refund unless the item arrives damaged

  • Non-defective items returned without original packaging may be declined if they cannot be resold as new
