This page explains how shipping works at Ecoleadfinder Store by Supersonic Style LLC. We aim to keep shipping timelines, costs, and expectations clear and transparent.

1) Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states (Alaska and Hawaii included).

Orders are shipped to valid U.S. residential or commercial addresses
International shipping is not available at this time

2) Order Cut-Off & Processing Time

Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (PT)
Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT will begin processing the next business day

Handling time:

1–3 days (Monday–Sunday) to prepare handmade items for shipment

You will receive:

An order confirmation email immediately after purchase
A shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships

3) Shipping Transit Time

Transit time: 3–7 days after shipment
Estimated total delivery time: 4–10 days from order placement

Delivery times may vary depending on:

Order cut-off timing
Carrier performance
Weather conditions
Federal holidays

4) Shipping Rates

Flat-rate shipping: $5.00 per order within the U.S.
No minimum purchase required
No hidden handling or processing fees

Any applicable taxes will be clearly displayed at checkout.

5) Carriers & Tracking

We ship using trusted national carriers such as USPS or UPS.

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships
Tracking details are sent via email for real-time delivery updates

6) Exceptions & Special Situations

Incorrect or undeliverable addresses

If a package is returned due to an address error provided at checkout, we can reship the order after address confirmation
A $5.00 re-shipping fee will apply

Lost or damaged shipments

Please contact us immediately with your order number
Photos are required for damaged items
We will work with the carrier to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate

Service delays

Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or disruptions are outside our control and may extend delivery times
